1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Ego Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd, participating pharmacies and agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.

3. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

4. The promotion opens at 12:00AM Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on 27 February 2026 and closes at 11:59PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 24 April 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

5. To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period:

• Purchase any Azclear product from a participating Australian pharmacy, excluding Azclear Action Medicated Lotion (“Qualifying Purchase”);

• Visit the promotional website (www.azclearskin.com/au/winsamsung);

• Follow the prompts to the entry page;

• Input the requested details including full name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and date of birth;

• Upload a clear photo of the purchase receipt showing the product, store name, and purchase date;

• Submit the fully completed entry form.
  
  

6. Each individual may submit up to two (2) entries. Multiple purchases do not automatically result in multiple entries; however, an individual may submit a second entry provided the requirements of these Terms and Conditions are met via a product review submission.

7. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the receipt upon request may result in disqualification.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or provides false information. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

9. Incomplete, indecipherable, or incorrect entries will be deemed invalid.

10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the identity at its sole discretion.

11. The draw will take place at Stamp Me, Suite 204, 636 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004 on 29 April 2026 at 10:00AM AEST. The Promoter may draw reserve entries in case of invalid or ineligible entries.

12. The first five (5) valid entries drawn will each win a Samsung Galaxy Flip 7 256GB phone valued at $1,799 RRP each, outright (no plan). Total prize pool value is $8,995 RRP.

13. Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw and the winners details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published at the promotional website from 6 May 2026.

14. If a winner does not redeem their prize within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited.

15. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 20 May 2026 at the same location and time. Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days and the winners details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published at the promotional website from 22 May 2026.

16. Prize fulfilment will be managed by Stamp Me. Devices will be purchased in advance by the Promoter and sent to winners along with an official prize letter for warranty support.

17. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. Any unused portion of the prize will not be awarded as cash.

18. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner for promotional purposes without remuneration.

19. Entrants also consent to the Promoter using their email address to send follow-up communications related to this promotion and future marketing, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. The Promoter’s privacy policy is available at www.azclearskin.com/au/en/privacy. 

20. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s sole responsibility.

21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from winning a prize. Entrants should seek independent financial advice.

22. If the prize is provided by a third party, the Promoter is not responsible for delays or failures in prize delivery. The third party’s terms and conditions will apply.

23. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

24. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

25. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for personal injury, loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from the promotion.

26. Entrants’ personal information will be collected and stored by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and may be used for future marketing. The Promoter’s privacy policy is available at www.azclearskin.com/au/en/privacy. Personal information will not be disclosed outside Australia.
